We have, for a long time, specialised in letting properties for weekly holiday booking in the summer season, from May to September, and then out-of-season (winter) letting from October to April. We provide and distribute an illustrated, colour brochure and advertise nationally and through the Havant Borough Council "Havant and Hayling Guide" and Southern Tourist Board publications etc. All properties are independently inspected, graded and assessed by the Southern Tourist Board and must comply with their requirements. We attend to weekly checking and cleaning, and seeing tenants in and out.
