Julia Jordan
Director
Having spent over 30 years working as an Estate Agent in Hayling's property market in both Sales and Lettings and living here all her life, Julia has a wealth of knowledge of Hayling Island and the surrounding areas and a deep love of Hayling and all its charms and opportunities. Her exceptional local area knowledge is second to none and she strives to build lasting relationships with all her vendors and purchasers. Julia has an approachable, warm nature and a determination to help people on their property journey.
Ruth Wilson
Director
An Islander through and through - Ruth's career in lettings has spanned 28+ years giving her extensive experience in the rental sector and regularly maintains her knowledge through the Guild of Property Professionals and their up to date information and training on current and new regulations in the lettings sector which ensures our clients are fully compliant with their property and lettings. She has a empathy with clients with a professional and caring attitude.
Claire Gutteridge
Lettings Manager
Affectionately known in the office as 'The Organiser' Claire is an invaluable member of the Team who co-ordinates and manages the lettings sector with an admirable efficiency. Loved by both clients and tenants she assists Ruth to ensure the smooth running of some 150 rental properties on a daily basis.
Sally Letchford
Sales Co-Ordinator
Joining the Team in 2020 to assist Julia and the busy sales side of the company, Sally has a fabulous manner with clients with a re-assuring and dedicated work ethic with an incredible aptitude and desire to learn and has a bubbly and friendly nature, whilst being incredibly organised.
